Please read the following information carefully:

Making changes is free if the appointment is due in over 48 hours;

• if your booking is within 48 hours and you want to change the date - the admin fee of £50 will apply;
• if your booking is within 24 hours and you want to change the date - the admin fee of £100 will apply.

Cancelling your booking is free if the appointment is due in over 48 hours;

• if your booking is within next 48 hours the admin fee of £100 will apply;
• if your booking is within next 24 hours the admin fee of £200 will apply;
• if you previously changed the date of your appointment and want to cancel it - the admin fee will be calculated using the cancellation fee procedure (for example, if you moved your booking for a later date and paid a fee of £50 (due to the request being less than 48 hours prior to your booking) and then request a cancellation - a total fee of £100 will be applied assuming you requested a cancellation within 48 hours prior to your booking).
